PHD ASSET SALE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Nature of Sale
All items are sold through a closed bidding process managed by S.O.T. Group on behalf of PHD.

2. Condition of Goods
> ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”

Without limitation:

> No warranties (express or implied)
> No guarantee of functionality
> No guarantee of completeness
> No returns or refunds

3. Inspection
> Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding
> Failure to inspect = acceptance of condition

4. Bidding Rules
> All bids must be submitted in writing
> Bids are confidential
> No bid modification after submission deadline
> Late bids may be rejected

5. Acceptance of Bids

PHD reserves the absolute right to:
> Accept or reject any bid
> Withdraw any item at any time
> Negotiate with bidders if required

6. Conflict of Interest
> Contractor staff and families are prohibited from bidding
> PHD staff may bid but must be declared and monitored

7. Payment Terms
> Winning bidder must pay within specified timeframe
> Failure to pay = forfeiture of award

8. Collection & Removal
Buyer responsible for:
> Dismantling
> Transport
> Labour
> Must follow PHD schedule
> Damage to premises = buyer liability

9. Risk Transfer

Risk transfers to buyer upon: payment

10. Default

If buyer fails:
> PHD may award to next bidder

11. Liability

PHD and Contractor are not liable for:
> Hidden defects
> Transport damage
> Use after purchase
